BSA Coffee & Spices is an export business dealing in coffee and spices. All transactions, quotations, and orders are subject to the export regulations of India and the import regulations of the destination country. We reserve the right to refuse any order or inquiry at our discretion.

3. Product Information

Product descriptions, images, and specifications on our Site are provided for general informational purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product due to the natural variations inherent in agricultural commodities.
We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but we do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content on the Site are error-free, complete, or current.
Sample products, where provided, are indicative of the lot quality and may not be identical to every bean or spice in the full shipment due to natural crop variations.

4. Orders and Pricing

All prices are quoted in the currency specified in the quotation and are subject to change without prior notice until a formal purchase order is confirmed by both parties.
A quotation does not constitute a binding offer. A contract is formed only upon our written confirmation of your purchase order.
Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, shipping, insurance, and other charges unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Minimum order quantities may apply and will be communicated during the inquiry process.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms shall be as agreed upon in the confirmed purchase order or contract.
Common payment methods include advance payment, letter of credit (L/C), or other internationally accepted trade payment instruments.
Failure to make payment in accordance with the agreed terms may result in order cancellation, delay in shipment, or suspension of future dealings.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors including but not limited to port congestion, customs clearance, weather conditions, and logistical disruptions.
Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the buyer as per the agreed Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW) specified in the contract.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, pandemics, war, government actions, or strikes.

7. Quality and Claims

All products are exported in accordance with the quality standards and grade specifications agreed upon in the contract.
Any claims regarding quality, quantity, or damage must be notified to us in writing within 15 days of receiving the shipment, supported by photographic evidence and, where applicable, surveyor reports.
Claims not made within the stipulated period will not be entertained.
Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the invoice value of the affected goods.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of BSA Coffee & Spices or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this Site without our prior written consent.
